Yoga for Golf
Yoga really helps with flexibility, core strength and balance.
I took up golf last year, and have found my yoga practice really helps with my swing, because I have good flexibility and mobility in my spine, shoulders and hips.
Golf can be a very asymmetrical sport, one sided. It is very important to rebalance the whole body and avoid injury.
